Music
Asked Chris Kirke, a student at the university if he could make the music for my animation. He agreed. It was his idea to incorporate a full string ensemble into the song. The conversation is below.

Voice Actor and Poem
I asked Seema to be mu voiceover, simply because I liked the sound of her voice and it thinks it will go well with the vibe of the animation. I found this poem online and I chose it because it was very simple and will be easy for the audience to relate to. It is called, Our Challenges by Anitapoems. The poem is below.

Dancer
Lauryn Pinard a dancer from GSA whom I’ve worked with before, agreed to be my dancer for this project. The type of dancer I was looking for was expressive and contemporary similar to that of the video below.

On the 27th March, we used the Mocap Suite, supervised by Matt and Jaz, to record her dancing. Lauryn’s dancing was great it was exactly what I wanted. Although the Motion capture wasn’t working very well, it wasn’t picking up her movement as smoothly as I wanted. I requested to use both the motion capture suite and the suit next time we record her dancing. The suit is more accurate than the motion capture suite.
On the 29th March, I emailed both Matt and Jon about wanting to use the motion capture suit after Easter. Hopefully I will be informed when the suit is ready.
