These are my latest drafts. There is still more to do but none-the-less I am nearly there. I still have to add in the ‘DANCE OFF’ caption in between the stare off and the dancing.

I also changed the storyboard a bit. Originally the humans were going to start dancing. Now, the zombies start to dance first. I think this is better because it shows that the zombies are trying to be nice and friendly by dancing first rather than attacking the humans.

I previously mentioned before that I was going to experiment whether or not I should keep both humans and zombies dancing to the same song or not. I made two versions of the animation:

In Draft 2, both the zombies and the humans are dancing to Thriller.

Draft 3, the music changes with the different dances.

I am going to keep the song the same throughout the animation, this makes the dance off more realistic. Also changing the songs in between the dances would be confusing to the audience. Keeping the song the same made the flow of the animation smoother and consistent.

Also, the beginning of the song thriller has a nice mysterious feel to it. That gave the stare off scene suspense and helped build up anticipation for the viewer.

To improve my latest draft, I have to re-arrange the dancers in the final dance scene because the zombie on the left walks right through the sofa and this is not pleasant. I will have to experiment whether or not using the composition technique of triangles is the best for my video.
